My last article about Apple (AAPL) touched on why I thought the company was going to be a success in the “ecosystem” field. Since then, a few things have happened. Amazon (AMZN) came out yesterday and released their new streaming set top box, buzz has been abounding with regards to more buybacks from Apple, and we’re one day closer to yet another Apple earnings report.
The company has traded stagnantly in the short term, but is up 25.6% over the last twelve months, while continuing to pay a dividend to shareholders.
